MCSL Team Representatives usually meet on the second Thursday of the month from February through September with no meeting in August. Meetings are held at 8:00 PM at the Montgomery County Executive Office Building Cafeteria. Specific dates are listed below:
- February 18 - First reps meeting, introduce Exec. Comm. & roles, review rule change
proposals under consideration.- March 11 - Voting - Budget & Rules changes, dues sheets distributed.
- April 8 - Divisional meets assignment, dues are due
- May 13 - Handbooks & Awards distributed (Have someone there!)
- June 10 - Paperwork distributed, coaches meeting, meet management clinic,
review longcourse schedule& procedures- July 8 - Vote on calendar for next year, election of officers & new Exec. Comm.
